• true - VM is active
• false - VM is not active

Description

It is possible that code execution in the virtual machine is suspended, eg:

• During asking for confirmation on exit
• While modal dialog windows are visible
• During moving or resizing VM main window
• While main menu is activated

Real-time programs (like games that compute objects movement on the base of time difference between current and the last frame) should treat this message as the information about long break in execution.

In cases I mentioned above, code execution is suspended immediately. That's why program can handle this message only after resume of the execution.
