Description

This message is generated by timer once, when its time is elapsed. You can create as many timers as you need and identify their messages by identifiers.

Timer can be inaccurate - there is no warranty about its precision. In real-time programs it would be better to loop and check precise time that elapsed since last frame than to use timers.
