Description

This message creates a new timer with given identifier and time. There can be many timers at the time, each with its own identifier. If a timer with specified identifier already exists, then the existing timer is replaced by the new timer.

A timer input message with timer identifier will be sent once after timer's interval is elapsed. Timer can be inaccurate - there is no warranty about precision. That's why it is better in real-time programs not to use timers, but loop and check precise time that elapse since last frame.
