Timers

Timers allows you to postpone performing an action for particular time. To use a timer:

1. Create a timer by sending output message to the kernel with particular timer identifier
2. Wait for input message from the timer, e.g. by using loop with WAIT command
3. Check device, message type etc. and if it is this message from the timer:
   1. Check the timer identifier
   2. Do what you want to do :)
   3. Create new timer if you want to get this message after next period of time (timer works only once by sending single message)
