Set mode

Sets the screen mode.

Parameters

A1 [in,1u]

Device: screen - 5

A2 [in,1u]

Message type - 2

A3 [in,1i]

New mode

• 1 - text
• 2 - graphic

A4 [out,1b]

Whether mode change succeeded

BX [in,4i]

Width coordinate of the new resolution

BY [in,4i]

Height coordinate of the new resolution

Description

This message allows to change screen mode.

• If you want to set the text mode, width and height are in characters.
• If you want to set the graphic mode, width and height are in pixels.

If the screen cannot change mode to given values, A4 will contain 0 and the screen will be in erroneous mode.
