Boot information

You can define boot information that should be written into output file by using compiler commands:

BOOT Size

Given number of bytes will be loaded during boot

BOOTALL

All disk content will be loaded during boot

BOOTEND

Code up to current line will be loaded during boot

BOOTNONE

Disk won't be bootable

Every of these commands (except BOOTEND) can be in any place in the source code and its position has no meaning. There can be only one command about boot information in whole source code. If you don't specify boot information, BOOTALL is default.
