POW (power)

Calculates power.

Syntax

POW4f x [in,4f], y [in,4f], dest [out,4f] ;code:77
POW8f x [in,8f], y [in,8f], dest [out,8f] ;code:78

Description

This instruction returns x raised to the power of y: dest = x^y.

If you need to calculate square, cube or any integer power of the value, it will be better if you use normal multiplication.
